Returns

We are happy to accept a return, provided we are notified within 7 days of the order being sent to you. We will refund the cost of the item purchased but we do not cover the return mailing costs. 

For us to accept a return the item must be returned in original condition - unopened & unused. Plus all care must be taken to protect the jewellery when being sent back.

If for any reason an item sent to you arrived broken we will gladly exchange it for you, once you have notified us & returned it.Though we do take every care to protect the goods during transit to you.

If we don't have the same product available for replacement you are welcome to choose another product of the same value. 

Product colours may vary slightly to the colours in the images. Please keep this in mind when selecting jewellery to purchase
